Walkthrough of Mission 1
We went to the location recce with the production company, Spank, and the COI.
This was followed by a gruelling 3 week shoot in Magadi and Mombasa, during which we worked with director Michael Geoghehan to film our digital scenes and video assets for use in the interactive content.
We also took hundreds of digital photographs for use as textures and assest references, as well as HDR camera shots for the 3D team.
To maintain the first person perspective used in the ads, we used Flash 3D such as Alternativa and Away 3D, as well as Unity.
Some content required the filming of extra assets to greenscreen.

Post-production work included matching the grade given to the TV ads, filming and inserting assets to green-screen, adding CGI to filmed sequences and recording and inserting scripted voice over dialogue and audio.
